Information you need to know:1. First 2 weeks of Fall or Spring semester are reserved for Orientations only; therefore, you cannot reserve during this time. 2. You must reserve the lab(s) on the web at least 4 days in advance. For example, if you want to make a reservation on 9/18/2005, you must reserve on or before 9/14/2005. You have to call the Front Desk, ext. 4580 if you have less than 4 days. 3. You have a 2 week time window to make your reservations. For example, if today is 9/18/2005, then you can reserve the labs from 9/22/2005 to 10/5/2005, that is 2 weeks. 4. If you need to do Oral Assessment, Pairing or Telephoning, you can override the 2 weeks limitation. 5. For each class, you can only reserve the labs once a week. 6. You will receive an email once you make a reservation (if we have your email address). Thank you. |
